Usually we are available from Monday to Friday between the hours of 08.00 and 18.00 (GMT). However we will check our e-mails outside the mentioned hours and at the weekend, and your documents can be drafted when you have to meet urgent deadlines.

We have recently been experiencing some problems receiving emails and attachments from Hotmail, Yahoo and some University accounts. If you have not heard from us within two hours during normal business hours after you have sent your work please resend it from a different email account or send the file to academic.job.application.services@googlemail.com
